Tokens for patron notices (spreadsheet)
Reason for cancellation. Additional info field—intended for patrons?
One field for staff; one field for patrons.
Clarification: field already exists; do we want it in the template (may be visible to patron).
Re-label it (“additional info for patron”) for V1.

Item prefix token;
Can we eliminate item detail prefix if there is no value in that field (vol, for example)?

Darcy reviewed who’s responded to average open loans, peak or max open loans, etc?

Lag time?
Is it time between moment item is due to when notice is sent?
Or is it time between moment item is due to time batch job creates notices?

For a rolling loan policy w/ a fixed due date schedule, what dates are important to figure out if renewal is valid?

Possible dates:
Loan date?
System date?
“Renew from” date?
