Works in similar way to how Suppress Discovery shape is handled. 

Setting name and shape is sent through there with initial load and page size (RESULT_COUNT_INCREMENT). 

That can then be set in the controlled vocab.

Settings are then pulled into manifest. 

All done in the frontend using mod-config magick. 

Should not be a delete icon.

No additional permission required - so inherit from the same General Settings permission.

Tests for ERM-1102 will be written in RTL. These will be carried forward to Sprint 103 (Thanksgiving), but the functionality for ERM-1102 will be released for QA this sprint.
