On the Agreement preview pane, In the "E-resources covered by this agreement" section an MCL is displayed. The Name column contains links to TI preview pages. These links should instead be for the PCI previews.

E.g. the link in the screen snip goes to the TI "Institutions, industrial upgrading, and economic performance in Japan: the ""flying-geese"" paradigm of catch-up growth"
