Licenses: Amendments: improvement the Amendment preview pane presentation

Apply changes to the Amendment preview pane as follows:

Update the pane title

• Display the amendment icon (attached)

• Insert "Amendment - " before the amendment name

Apply the standard headline style

• Display the amendment name as a XL sized headline

• Do not display the name field label

• Remove the section heading "Amendment information"

Amendment key-value pairs

• Apply a four column layout

• Move amendment key-value pairs to the top of the page

• Rename the labels

  • Status > Amendment status

  • Start date > Amendment start date

  • End date > Amendment start date

License section

• Apply a four column layout

• Move the license section to be underneath the amendment details

• Remove the section heading License information"

• Add a section heading "Parent license" as a "medium" sized headline

• Remove the "Type" key-value pair from the display

All changes are illustrated in the mockup.
