  • Wolfcon agenda mostly finalized; link available above. Working on setting up zoom sessions for all of the SIG meetings. Our regular meetings are suspended for next week. Next regular meeting - Monday, May 14th.

  • Loan policy form. Fixed due date schedule > Renewal is currently provisioned with options >  1. Current due date. 2. System date. Does this make sense? Group agreed loan is not elelgible for renewal in this case. Renew from doesn't need to be there - assume 2.

  • Item Record. Permanent location inherited from holdings record. "reset to holding record". Other options. Option 1. display holdings location "read only". Option 2. Effective location from holding "read only".

  • Need to harmonize language on loan screens - do we have a standard glossary of RA terms for FOLIO? e.g. Loan/Return. Group agreed we prefer Loan/Return.

  • Need to optimize modals with clear language about next steps. Ability to turn off/on popups for bulk action? Still need to print slips and display messages. Do whatever service desk defaults are.

  • What to put in title area - What to do or what just happened? What to do next is most important except in case of failure: Loan failed - Route to Main Library. Permanent service desk settings for slips printing versus session level sessions.
