  1. Review updated PROPOSED PATRON BLOCKS spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1elzEpXHLF4oNR2tESRZEuPm4tt7spI1IU_UCYBDZPKE/edit?usp=sharing for finalization.
  2. Should we add Due Date and Returned Date to Fees/Fines History and/or Fee/Fine Details?  That info seems more valuable than call number.
  3. Should Fee/Fine section be a separate reusable "Fee/Fine Policy" that is linked to from Loan Policy?  This way the settings can be reused by multiple Loan Policies.  If answer is "yes", should we have OVERDUE FEES/FINES separate from LOST ITEM FEES/FINES?

WOLFCon:

Cate reviewed schedule and pointed out RA SIG slots.  Pointed out open slots asked for ideas/discussion topic, specifically 2-3 on Wednesday.  Suggestions from Cate included call number ordering, patron notices, and maybe a rules/policy testing session… She is open to thoughts so let her know. 

Andrea asked if there would be a way to connect with people who cannot be attend. Cate mentioned that it has been difficult to do in the past and not to depend on it.  Good notes will be taken along with recordings to bring back to the SIG group.

Likely attendees: William asked who's updating the attendees tab.  Rachel is updating but may only be for the developers.  Email Andrea if you are attending Wolfcon, this will give us an idea of who will be attending from the group.


Item status:

Emma discussed compound status concept

Should we separate item status, loan status and request status into 3 parts?

              3 part gives options but is a lot of work

              Rules can be complicated to learn

Having an availability status instead was mentioned

Do we need an item status and loan status?

Concerns: You would need to be displaying this on all

What do the status do that a checked flag will not do?

Concluded that the three different ways to express status is doable but need to continue discussing how to break them down, as that is not resolved.

Andrea mentioned discussing the difference between version 1 and beta 1.  Cate agreed to that we need to decipher the difference and will discuss later.
