Demo of open Fees and Fines. Separate waived and refunded column. Discussion of billing and if we need to see the bill number (disambiguate). David clearly has a high resolution monitor (lots of screen real estate!).

Discussion of fields need to see on the fee/fines screen. Discussion of using a filter to let operator focus on specific fine types when sorted. Should a sidebar filter widget be used?

Designers will create some additional screens for the SIG to view.
