Question: re: custom requests & consortial requests; these will go in the parking lot for now
Today: Fulfillment of two request types that we have.
Cate showed request screen;
Discussion: Fulfilment preference; default + override, special delivery preference needed.

Do we need to see call number & location on the check-out screen?
