gathering information about check-in screen
starting with information gathering and observation from Cornell
issue of SSO logins vs. generic logins, staff overrides, how long does it take, ability to have supervisor override button
what information is displayed call number, where in transit
enter key should not clear pop-ups, ESC would be good
pop-up for number of pieces and description of pieces
should pop up appear for items on hold - more important on checkOUT screen, not checkin screen
display of a fine amount on check-in, could there be a way to sometimes display it and sometimes not, based on
