Closed Requests - what consitutes a closed request?
Scenarios:
- Expired (without being filled).
- Filled (borrowed by the requestor)
- Never picked up/borrowed, and then cleared from shelf (hold shelf expiration)
- Cancelled.
Standardized terms for above scenarios:
"Closed - Unfilled"
"Closed - Filled"
"Closed - Pickup Expired"
"Closed - Cancelled"

Sites have reviewed screens; what feedback can be reported?
Sites like sidebar. However, in some case need to be able to access loan information (notes, due date, loan date) in a quick glance. On screen or hover?
Need for extensive user testing ..
Questions about navigation from filtered displays and other records. When you route to a fine or user record, how do you get back to your filtered display?
I've attached some screen shots of the OLE Patron Bill screens. The screen is opened by querying by patron. By default it opens with the unpaid bills displayed. It takes 2 clicks to see the item details such as due date and check in date.
There is an option to see open and closed bills in one list by expanding the "Bills" section.
