  • Agree on waiting for All Fees/Fines
  • Look at filtered Fees/Fines view from Loan view (when one loan has more than one fee/fine associate with it)
  • Take another look at User Details Fees/Fines section (should we add total fee/fines?)
  • Finalize Fee/Fine details page (what should default sort order be?)
  • Finalize Open Fees/Fines (look closely at filters, sorting of dates, etc.)

Closed Requests - what consitutes a closed request?

Scenarios:

- Expired (without being filled).

- Filled (borrowed by the requestor)

- Never picked up/borrowed, and then cleared from shelf (hold shelf expiration)

- Cancelled.

Standardized terms for above scenarios:

"Closed - Unfilled"

"Closed - Filled"

"Closed - Pickup Expired"

"Closed - Cancelled"

Sites have reviewed screens; what feedback can be reported?

Sites like sidebar. However, in some case need to be able to access loan information (notes, due date, loan date) in a quick glance. On screen or hover?

Need for extensive user testing ..

Questions about navigation from filtered displays and other records. When you route to a fine or user record, how do you get back to your filtered display?
