The tentative date for the RA SIGs presentation at the OLE Forum is planned to be held on 9/27, but due to the reschedule of GoKB's presentation, the RA SIG could go for the August session. Andrea, and more pointed out, that August is problematic due to preparing of next semester. It was decided to stick with the September date.

Mark explained that the form would be more like a show and tell presentation. Deb did a mini-presentation about the RA SIGs work on the event on 4/26 on FOLIO SIG group’s activities.

The group brainstormed angels, themes and ideas for topics:

• Presentation of the RA group - who we are, the diversity in perspectives etc.

• Where we were

• What we are doing now

• What is happening now

• Where we interact with other SIGs

• Where we want to be

• What we want to happen for FOLIO version 2, version 3 etc.

• Special themes:

Andrea suggested using in the presentation: the wireframes, the current development, and reuse some of Filip's UX videos on Discuss.

Andrea, Mark and Deb will talk more. Mark highlighted that we need participants in the foum, who are able to answer questions coming in during the session. The presentation is expected to be 1 hour, and then time for Q and A session.

Cate told that a couple of cosmetique changes are expected to be applied before 9/27, e.g. the check out screen, and Matt's screens on Loan and Request.
