Fines and Fees

@Holly Mistlebauerreviewed the Fines and Fees screen.  Operates similarly to outstanding loans screen and outstanding loan details screen.  Columns in the table are sortable.  The Status column was intended to be the last status event on the fine; additional information can be seen on the detail screen.  On the detail screen, the meaning of the columns is confusing.  Need to be able to distinguish between the amount received and amount credited.  Kuali-OLE does this with colors and is very helpful.  The summary screen needs to have two numbers: total owed and total refunds due; the display should not combine these two numbers.  It would be useful to see what a negative remaining amount would look like.  Several adjustments were made in real-time to the mock-ups by Holly.

@Holly Mistlebauer to create JPGs of the options and share them prior to Monday's meeting.
Everyone:  Please review the attached files to determine best options for displaying fees/fines history.  The options are:  Fees and Fines History - Option A.png, Fees and Fines History - Option B.png, Fees and Fines History - Option C.png, and Fees and Fines History - Option D.png (Holly ended up making 4 options instead of three–you'll understand why when you look at them).  You will also find Fee-Fine Details.png attached.
