Notes
- We concluded our discussion of the Workflow Differentiation Spreadsheet and we will continue to individually review and refine so the developers can understand how much flexibility is needed for FOLIO to be able to accomodate the different needs of libraries ranging from individual to clusters to consortia.
- Most of the discussion addressed Item Statuses and the different RA workflows which need to be tracked like Circ, Transit, Request and Preservation. Filip outlined these as follows:
- Current position
- Availability status
- Circ-stopping information
- Non-circ-stopping information
3. We have a standing Zoom Meeting on Mondays from 11am-Noon EST for additional discussion.
4. Don't forget the March 15th FOLIO Forum - FOLIO Roadmap Update with Harry Kaplanian. You will hear an update on the roadmap for releasing version 1 of the platform and see a live demo of the components of the system now in place.
