Updates from Various Reporting Related Groups and Efforts

Community & Coordination, Reporting Subgroup Leads

Project updates

The Reporting SIG is using small working groups to address priorities and complete our work.  Each week, we will provide updates to the Reporting SIG from these various reporting-related groups and efforts. Please include updates on specific JIRA issues for prototype or query development workflow.

Community & Coordination:

  • reviewing results of the reporting survey

FOLIO Reporting development

RA/UM Working Group

MM Working Group

  • (mostly) finished updating derived tables

  • working on Duplicate Orders query

  • Working group uses this spreadsheet to track JIRA issues, priority, and reports needed.

ERM Working Group

  • eHoldings Team offers the temporary storage (per session) of needed eHoldings data. The model would provide loading ad hoc data via batch APIs into the LDP.  This data will be deleted after being used for assembling the needed reports (while a session). This functionality is thought to be implemented within the LDP.

RM Working Group

  • rewriting queries to point to new derived tables

  • working on po_line cost and po_line_locations

  • creating Invoice, Order, and Fund reporting clusters (queries)

  • for latest updates, see RM Prototype and Query Development Status
