  • presentation will be approximately one hour long, leaving a half hour for questions
Organizing JIRA Issues and Documentation Angela

How do we organize the clusters and REP issues in JIRA? Proposal:

      • Combine duplicate REP issues into a single Cluster
      • If an REP issue requires multiple queries, still create a UXPROD issue to track the work on that report
      • Have the UXPROD issue track the kind of documentation work that needs to be done, can also link to the other issues that will comprise the query so it's clear when those are complete
      • Sample: UXPROD issue for ACRL

How do we document queries and reports for end users? Proposal:

  • Create a readme for each query
  • Create a readme for every report explaining what query or queries you run to get it
  • Sample: ACRL Report documentation
