10 | Product Council Update | @Kristin Martin | Changes to Index Data involvement Recent announcement that EBSCO will be cutting back Index Data's time on the project Some developers will be rolling off, but core individuals will be staying on New developers from the EPAM team will do short term work on some apps There was concern expressed at the Product Council meeting because people trust Index Data and worry about the disruption of a transition People should talk to leadership or PC reps at their institution if they have additional questions concerns about this change.
Quality control process FOLIO is implementing a new QC process to identify and correct bugs in the software Anton Emelianov will be the lead There is a new QC dashboard that will be internal for now The PC feels positive about this work – it's good to get an early start addressing any issues.

Finance UAT Update
| @Dennis Bridges, @Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated) | Finance UAT (user acceptance testing) The UAT will start Monday, Oct. 1. The call for participants has gone out and more details will be sent to volunteers this afternoon. The UAT will focus on creating ledgers, funds, budgets, and fiscal years. Some features, like tags, are still being stabilized and issues resolved.
Acquisitions A few new development teams are joining Stacks to speed things up The main one will be the Thunderjet team, with help from Folijet and FSC To facilitate this, some changes are being made in JIRA that will help distribute work The acquisitions teams recently completed an integration between FOLIO acquisitions and GOBI. Once this is finalized, Dennis will work with RM SIG members from Harrassowitz and WT Cox to see if they also want to do an integration. Acquisitions is really focusing on orders right now and hope to do a UAT soon.
