Survey on order renewal integration

• Cover record (aka dummy record)
  • Sara: suppressed for the public, to have a (descriptive) record that goes with the order
  • created for functional/admin purposes, may not be in OCLC, but has local needs
  • CAT SEP record could also fall under this concept
  • do we need a 'cover record' in Inventory to track back to order
  • how do we find a functionality in FOLIO that allows this when necessary (as suppressed instance record that is not needed for discovery)
  • what about using Package (in Orders at the POL level)?
  • Maybe use the Package functionality even though it is not technically a package?
  • example: has a Package name, which does not link to inventory
  • The container record doe not exist yet, but some of the examples might be able to use the container record structure
  • In current dummy/cover records one can use 740s to make indexed title additions for better results in searching (would only be in Inventory)
  • the individual (and maybe the package) would be linked to 
  • An update to Packages coming in Juniper, when you have a Package that you have titles for, those related titles will be seen on the POL <linked to agreement lines>
  • We will need to figure out how to use the functionality wherever we can find it to use to get things done
  • like with the CAT SEP concept, the titles come in over time, all have different costs, titles, invoices. how do we maintain that connection to that CAT SEP modality (or structure)?
