Focus should be on electronic because a lot of time has already been spent on print. We spend much more time on renewals than new orders so in theory it would be better to focus on renewals but it's hard to work through renewals if we haven't worked out the new order process. 

Priority:

1. Renewals (Kristin)

2. New Serials Order Workflow (Bethany)

3. Database Order Workflow

4. End of year reporting/Cancel electronic

5. Reconciling title lists/Cancel print

POs will get together each day to work through the backlog.

**Action item: @Charlotte Whitt will share the diagrams she's created for Inventory and MARCcat (see link below)

We will go through them to try to figure out how they integrate.
