How does this work with TLR? It should be accepting the SP of the item the request is landing on.

Claire Hoag in Chat: For temporary closures, we have done that in the past - transferred the pickup location and connected with the patron
Tom in Chat: Are discovery layer is a mixture, but the pickup points I believe are cached.
