Meeting Notes
TLR UAT:
- Do we want to run the UAT on Orchid or on Poppy
- Susan Kimball: always a rolling target
- Are there features in Poppy that would make a difference to UAT? – No
- Thomas Trutt: Cornell will be doing internal testing of Orchid starting sometime next week.
- Marie Widigson: Will the testinvironment be there longer as a reference system for tests on our own systems? - no it can only be maintained for 2 Weeks during testing
Question Erin Weller:
- a patron payed for a billed book and the block and fee/fine was not removed after the returning of the book
- “No fees/fines shall be refunded if a lost item is returned more than” on the fee-fine policy
- it might have something to do with having changed the fee/fine policy during the loan periode
Question Thomas Trutt:
- we are looking into locally anonymizing request data, we can do it through api only
- new feature request: for adding a update end point to the circulation log, because currently there is no way for us to update the data in there. You can only pull information from the circ log. It might be a good midpoint to allow us to anonymize some data in there through our own external processes.
