1. @Cornelia Awenius : renewals of overdue items

   • UC Chicago do it via API

   • Erin Weller in Chat: Our patrons can renew items that are overdue but not those that are aged to lost/billed

   • Same at Duke as at MSU

   • Cornell is also in the Duke/MSU camp. Full details can be found on our website here: https://www.library.cornell.edu/services/borrow/renew

   • Lisa Perchermeier (UB Leipzig) in Chat: 

     our patrons are allowed to renew overdue items. only if the patron block due to exeeding the limit of overdue fines is set no renewal is possible for the patrons anymore.

   • Laurence Mini in Chat: 

     Pretty sure 5C allows renewal of overdue items since I've done that myself a few times...
