• Fees/Fines: Setting up and using transfer to bursar

  • transfer can be to any outside system/agency (e.g., collection agency, etc.)

  • three outstanding UXPROD features still needed for full implementation

  • not being used due to refunds not being automatically processed

  • DWB-concern about how credits and refunds are being handled/recorded in FOLIO, this part of the process seems to be missing key aspects of the transaction

  • Holly- refunds are only handled via a manual process and a report

  • We will add the refund process as a whole to another meeting

  • Criteria and schedule for transfer screen - need to support multiple fee/fine owners, different patron groups. etc.

  • Cornell ideas - schedules, endpoints, account mappings

  • do sites need live streaming - Duke-definitely nice to have

  • Erin-action type to determine that transfer has happened?

  • credit oddness possibly fixed in Lotus?

  • switch out refund process on Monday May 16 instead of anonymization (May 23)

  • ACTION ITEM: Suggest criteria and expected extract format in RA slack channel by May 23 deadline
