| PC update | Charlotte was able to attend. There was talk about MVP and the status of that work and making the MVP ready for Kiwi. The LDP app was discussed. Bugfest test will be done in foliosnapshot. Nassib and Charlotte are working on tickets for testrails. Slowness in Juniper upgarde - Julian has made important progress on this and will be the one finish up the work of this P1 bug. Some apps or dormant - no project owner and/or no development resources. See; FOLIO Module/JIRA project-Team-PO-Dev Lead responsibility matrix. Tags is an example of this. | |
| Other updates/announcements | From Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated)Data Import will begin using a wiki page to outline the details of new functional features, like this. And thank you to Dennis Bridges for a good model to Jen asked (via chat): "Could we do this retroactively for field protections and maybe matching?" - Ann-Marie said not right away, but it may happen. Charlotte (via chat) - "And also for improvement of Inventory search (using Elasticsearch as search engine)" Charlotte added, this is a good overview and help improve our efficiency. | |

| Testrail/JIRA review and hands-on work | Charlotte Whitt | Brief review, then hands-on work Updates for Bugfest Test Rail tickets, new tickets for the MM-SIG relevant new work, and JIRA stories with the label JIRA with "needs-testrail" label Example: Keyboard shortcuts need test rail tickets. Filter the Jira list down to specific apps or dev teams. "Many different apps and POs use this filter" - from Ann-Marie Deadline - October 8 Write your name in the ticket in comments to let others know that you are working on it - preventing duplicate work. Next Thursday - the entire MM SIG can have a working group meeting writing test rail tickets. Charlotte could put in drafts of tickets - templates with a subject line - Title and JIRA link. Search stories need updating to reflect the new search engine. We will not return to Postgres, so do not worry about retaining old wording. |
