PC update | The PC and TC elections are ongoing. There is a call for testers for bugfest. October 14-17, 2022, WolfCon in Hamburg, Germany. The RM SIG and Acquisitions SIG merged ERM now reports to Product Council. OA group was developed. Communication concerns - The Community Council will look into the issue, how to get more equitable participation around the globe. TC is looking into the internationalization of error messages. Laura emphasized the growth of FOLIO over the years and how decision making models may need to change to ensure everyone is involved in decision making processes. Are the existing structures and meeting formats suitable for today's group? Should someone attend other groups like ERM to formally represent the MM group. Laura thanked contributors to the Documentation Working Group. | |

TestRail hands-on working session | Charlotte Whitt Laura E Daniels | We are using TestRail application for test case editing, assignments and execution tracking. https://foliotest.testrail.io If you are a new user of Test Rail it is recommended to watch the following videos to get familiar with the application:

Several older test rail tickets could definitely also need to be updated/improved Spreadsheet to track cases that need writing and cases that need re-writing Ann-Marie noted that testing of QuickMARC and Data Import testing may get pushed back to the second week of testing. A message will be posted on the bugfest Slack channel. Ann-Marie - Real-world scenario test cases are needed esp. for data import Ann-Marie demonstrated a way to duplicate Test Cases in Test Rails |
