There was a discussion of the "in person" type meetings. More direction is needed concerning WOLFCON meetings vs. FOLIO |

| 1. Data import: Working with prototype created by Filip, outlined some use cases, starting with easier ones to see if they fit. Consortia SIG needed an overview of data import which will also be posted for everyone to consult. 2. MARCCat: Tiziana reported group working on validation, and customization of MARC. Able to finish publishing workflow, compliant with FOLIO architecture. Starting from next Monday new release hopefully available. FOLIO Forum on April 10 will feature MARCCat. |

Explanations of general concepts explained on sheets. Some issues to still be resolved highlighted in green. Some discussion about invalid and cancelled numbers in the Instance record. Will be sent back to subgroup to gather thoughts. Suggestion for possible use 019 field for cancelled system control numbers. Still have issues to discuss concerning publication date logic. Note: 655 Nature of contents included for German libraries - jira: UIIN-470, and UIIN-471. To work on: Alternate Graphic Representation (880), not specific to instance records only. Christie and Jackie are already doing work and may be able to get us started in how to solve this, possibility of forming a subgroup? (see: Instance from Marc, and MFHD to Holdings) If anyone has comments or questions on this, please put them on the spreadsheet, or let Laura or Lisa (TAMU) know.

Due: 2 weeks. Libraries will be able to customize alerts with statuses in settings. Laura will create a Discuss post linking to this spreadsheet. If comments are received that way, Laura will make sure they comments are reflected in the spreadsheet. Tiziana thought a similar spreadsheet could be used for MARCCat. Tiziana will duplicate the Inventory spreadsheet, customize it for MARCCat, and share it with the group. |
