In Users App some are already applied
keyboard shortcuts analysis:
it was not possible to reuse keyboard combinations of other ILS'es
Is something missing from Khalilas Analysis list:
Andrea: universal clear Screen (Check-in ; Check-out ; User Record)
David: End Session does clear the screen

R1 2021 developement
After scanning item, if found to have an item block a modal appears allowing override
Ideas:
Patron block modal appears at check out before action occures
Checked out through override on the record (action)
renewal: possible for multiple items; message for all of them: renewal for x number of items
requests: modal apears at requesting
Thin Thread: Don't collect a comment given patron will need to check out item later and will need patron block overriden again (this time it would be recorded)
is acceptable - no objections from the group
Long term solution: collect comment from override ; add override comment to Request as additional information for staff (new field)
