  1. Marcia on Dokumentation needs

    1. Develop an understanding for the FOLIO Environment

    2. Tools: Github, Static site generators, CMS

    3. Process: integration od the documentation into the developing process

    4. Content: What do we need to "go live"

    5. Phase 1: structure and organisation / Reviewing the candidates for Google Season of Docs

    6. Phase 2: Working with marketing, development, SysOps, starting documenting the first app

    7. Phase 3: Determine core set of apps to "go live", installations instructions

    8. Documentation site: should we group apps y/n?

    9. Marcia will form a small gruop, get back to her if interested in participating

  2. Brooks on calendar behavior:

    1. If the calculated due date is outside of the calendar scope/configuration the loan fails

    2. error message not helpful

    3. What would you want to happen:

      1. Brooks: set the due date correctly without a calendar in place

      2. Andrea: pop-up with a reminder/option to set the right dates

      3. Cheryl: override should be in place

      4. what happens with online renewals?
