Notes
- Vandana Shah gave an overview of the LDP report creation process.
- The Summary of RA/UM Report Status spreadsheet describes clusters and prototypes.
- The spreadsheet links to Jira issues, report prototypes, and SQL queries created by the Reporting SIG.
- Reports are consolidated into clusters based on shared data fields.
- Once report queries are finished, end users can copy and paste the SQL from GitHub so that they can query their own LDP instance. They can adjust dates or other parameters to filter the query as needed.
- Some parts of FOLIO are not yet developed enough for LDP reporting to complete queries.
- Requests in-app report: Hold shelf expired list
- Cate asked if we can close this old ticket, UXPROD-925.
- There was discussion of included fields and call number sorting. Call number sorting in FOLIO has yet to be programmed and would be a separate feature. There were no objections to closing it.
