Overall: 56% of the SIG have been involved in the SIG 2 years or less. Education and Influence are the top two rewarding parts of participating in the SIG. Some areas for improvement: Onboarding, Timely agenda that also allows time to prepare for discussion. Kristin: There is a group creating a new slide deck for onboarding. Will be ready in the next two to three months.Kristin Martin 12:29 PM Onboarding If people will introduce themselves as new, we can share with them the new slide deck. Some actions taken as a result: Conveners will stay after each meeting for a few minutes to allow for added feedback. At the start of each meeting, we will ask if any new attendee would like to introduce themselves. Will post a list on the Acq page with the information for what libraries have implemented.
