Which options do we have? Tom: Are the two options now cancel the TC election and rerun it, or let it run to conclusion with all candidates being eligible? How do we prevent this issue to happen again? Make sure, all MOU's are in place Recheck the election process - maybe subgroup for that What about ex-officio roles? Everyone has the option to join and participate in the community meetings. They are open. Review Strategic Goals and Objectives	Team	A group of FOLIO members contributed to the FOLIO Vision, Strategic Objectives and Initiatives which was published in December 2020. The Community Council will review this list and begin to identify and prioritize its goals for the coming year. Continue Review via Google Doc version of Wiki page
WOLFcon review	Team	What goals are we accomplishing at WOLFCon - as FOLIO community? OLF want to have first ideas in the next weeks Working group for WolfCon from CC Thoughts? Question - Should we start planning needs for WOLFcon 2022?

Summary of recent discussion around PC Discussion belongs in PC - CC is taking notice How is it ensured, that ACQ and ERM are not developing their own ways This topic addresses a lot of cross app work, workflow engine, etc. Since the beginning: Balance reality of development resources against the vision of a next-gen BMS (and more) Simeon: I think it is certainly a role of CC to help balance the immediate functional needs with long term aspirations. We have cut many corners to get to functional now and accumulated lots of technical debt that makes the vision harder to realize. Agree with Dracine that our desires are bigger than our pocket books Ensure to meet the market needs of a new software solution Beginning was the "Strategic vision and objectives" paper .... tbc
