• Overview

• Increase of AWS costs: invitation to AWS costs monitoring group to the Sept 9th meeting for discussion

• AWS Costs Review Group

• Test Rail: was paid for 2 FY’s - next invoice in the next FY

• Wolfcon registrations: just FOLIO or others? Our members tickets

• 67,49% funded already for FY 24/25 → reminders in September

• 171,496 $ in the bank to pay the years expenses

• Raising AWS costs are consuming more than we earn: more environments have been needed and set up, 2 env (Okapi / Eureka)

  • How much is spend for Eureka test environments / accounts? (Christopher S.)

  • Is AWS prepaid or per credit?

    • Monthly invoices, except for credits “free to use-periods”)

• Keeping our Dev Advocate after October 2024?

• Mike G.: are we buying any reserved instances or is everything “on demand” from AWS?

• CC supports the extension of the Dev Advocate depending on enough funding available
