FOLIO SMLLC | @Mike Gorrell | FOLIO is required to have 3 positions per its SMLLC definition. These three positions are: FOLIO Manager - Signatory for contracts, memorandums and other official correspondence FOLIO Treasurer - Official responsible for FOLIO fiscal duties FOLIO Secretary - Maintainer of official records, meeting minutes, etc.
These don't have to be members of the Community Council Current Officials from OLF Board
