Security Policy: 

  1. Getting a quote for Lawyer to write/review "Safe Harbor" statement 
  2. TC will work with FOLIO Implementers group to define a supported release policy. TC members: Craig, Mike, Tod, Jakub, Mark V. FOLIO implementers usually Tuesdays at 11am Eastern. Will propose to meet on the 14-Apr
  3. Nominations for Security Team Members - will take names next week (8-April)

Data Migration:

  1. Running another schema migration TODAY (1-Apr) on A&M's data set based on updated scripts/etc.
  2. Side note - William Welling has been donated to SRS team (Folijet) for Q2 to help with batch import APIs, etc

PR Reviews:

  1. When the retrospective occurs that's when there'll be additional documentation/templates/best practices. Scheduled for next week - will revisit 15-April


 10 minPerformance Task Force Update Jakub/Mike 

Task force has kicked off.  Performance Task Force Team wiki page will explain their charter - essentially a combination of transition the carrier-io framework/effort to the community while at the same time modeling new workflows into jmeter scripts to be included in future performance tests.

20 minUpdate on Architectural BlueprintVinceThe wiki page under Tech Council has been created. We discussed the fact that this list is entirely made up of proposed items. We discussed a process for grooming the list - eventually categorizing into Active vs Planned vs Proposed. Also need to identify a way to constrain the list of Proposed items so that the list is somewhat curated. Will discuss in more depth next week.
