Formally present the recommendation associated with the search proposal: Search

Open questions about scope and what the next steps are.

• Goals are to introduce an Elastic Search capability into the system.

• Inventory is the first known problem, so the first area to tackle

• There are still open questions about implementation details that will impact scope (like whether mod-search needs business logic that understands relationships between data/modules)

• Next Step: More narrowly define the scope of searching Inventory and propose an effort - action: @VBar and @Mikhail Fokanov - timeframe to fit with project capacity planning ... TBD whether this can be deployed with an existing (Honeysuckle/Goldenrod/mid) release of FOLIO.
