Update on prior actions

TC

  • Cross team PR Review process - presented at Scrum of Scrums and today at Tech Leads - everything seemed to go well. The new policies have been documented on the dev.folio.org site. Need to ensure that the new documentation standards are accounted for. This item will be closed as far as the TC is concerned. Should be art of normal operating procedures.

  • Data migration task force. No update - @spampellnot able to attend today's TC.

  • Architectural Blueprint discussions. Some discussions regarding prioritization of items have occurred.

    • FOLIO Architectural Blueprint outline - need to formalize this document (where it lives, who maintains it, what the change process is for the document). Proposal to be made by @Mike Gorrellin the 25-March Tech Council meeting.

    • Need to itemize and discuss specific architectural items. Revised itemized list will be presented to the TC by @VBar in the 18-March Tech Council Meeting.

  • Security Audit

    • Security Audit Result slides

    • See also notes in FOLIO Product Council Agenda/Minutes - 03/05/2020.

    • Wonder what type of security scanning should be done going forward. For example, U-Chicago has a University subscription to the InsightVM vulnerabilty scanner. Some recollection of us running "Zap" in the past. @Mike Gorrell to add this to the Tech Debt list.
