Generate a printable "Workslip" from order details

Problem(s):

Similar to a function called “workslip” that we used to print out in Voyager for firm orders when items are received. Essentially, a means of sending special instructions from the selector such as RUSH/Notify xxx/Catalog for Ref. Coll./Withdraw earlier edition, etc.

Requirement	Status	Use cases
	PENDING	We have folks using slips so they can keep the staff notes with the item, this way each person in the processing line does not have to open up the record to look if there is something special they are supposed to do.
	PENDING	In general, the instructions contain information such as: RPL: replacement and ixxxxxx: for record number - A code that lets staff know this is a replacement for an older copy NEW/NOT NEW location/itype info (J GRAPHIC, A(dult) MUSIC, A(dult) NF (nonfiction) - Location and item type/material type (for circulation) Call number date originally brought into our collection for replacements (the new ownership label will have this old date printed on it) (receipt date of original copy) Receipt date Should this be configurable
	PENDING	This is just an example of Format as the specific form factor is not important to current workflows.
	PENDING	In Europe this workslip would also include the accession number
	PENDING	The librarian that is initially receiving the item would print this slip and fold it into the item. Often adding it between the pages.
	PENDING	The library uses a color code for these "Streamers" that are added to the book to represent key details like "Rush"
	PENDING	Users may not print this information they might just transcribe to a "streamer" special piece of paper because printing actually takes a while in our library
