Problem(s):

Libraries need to print shipping labels from organization records in order to send materials to other libraries. Current solution involves Crystal Reports integration.

When a DMEP participant orders surplus materials, the library needs to be able to print shipping labels with the most current address, shipping and customs information as stored in the organization record.






Approach

Current plan is to work in conjunction with Organization Export to External systems and print using Crystal Reports
