Prioritization Update

Review after Quesnelia - May/June

• GBV felt the process went well.

• Some POs will have difficulty with the ongoing maintenance - need to have SIG members do as much of this as possible.

  • Example from Data Import - PO OK with using process, but wanted to limit voting to specific group, Variables: very specific set of issues, voting limits

    • Clarify - votes are an indicator of interest level, not dictating action

    • We should describe the purpose and goals of the voting process
      
      

Roadmap update

Identify people to carry Roadmap forward

• Updates for each release - PC task - work with POs

• Directions:

  • How to update dashboards - @Jenn Colt - Will review

    • Roadmap maintenance

  • Per Release - process for each release, PC engage with POs / others - Draft Overview: @Jesse Koennecke @Kristin Martin

    • Consistent labelling of issues

    • What do we need for the longer-term roadmap

      • Contact list? For EBSCO, Index Data, K-Int or GBV, others
