Review current roadmap

From last week notes : Everyone will look at the current roadmap to find out what's been developed and what still remains.

Action items:

• Divide up roadmap by high-level theme - put your name in the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1de6pDhx036SCJWBFgZTIIn0re2gAZVZfqFnGSM2oQJc/edit#gid=2142006984

• Some questions to ask:

  • Has work been done on the theme?

  • Is the content contained under the theme accurate?

  • Are there other themes that should be identified and perhaps drawn out as their own theme?

  • How do we want to handle the ongoing "forever" work of enhancements that don't represent as discrete new area or set of functionality?

• How can we make this less labor-intensive?

    • Using searches to identify themes

    • Weighing desire to take a high level view and be able to drill down?

FOLIO Apps/Dev Team Matrix

From last week notes: Everyone will look at the FOLIO apps/development teams spreadsehet to understand where we have development resources. Jen will fill in some of the question marks for the technical modules and Sharon will review the SIG conversations to identify their major gaps.

• Managing general NFRs: maybe tie to SysOps

• Help identify teams and what they are working on to figure out what are gaps in roadmap, what should be prioritized and what SIG should be involved in prioritization

• Action Item: Jen will continue to review questions to answer. We will review remaining questions in group to figure out where to take these questions.

AirTable pilot

@Martina Schildt 

Martina will identify a small-ish group for a pilot with AirTable: I checked whether we already have SIG conveners who would volunteer to test the SIG "voting" process and the tool Airtable. They were interested, but need to check whether they can find the time. I will keep you posted.
