Piloting Airtable in RA

Update and next steps

• @Jana Freytag and @Cornelia Awenius agreed to pilot prioritization via Airtable with RA SIG

• idea to get a subgroup of interested RA members to work on structuring

• after first tests: in order to have JIRA integration we need enterprise version

  • Airtable pricing

• next steps:

  • contact Airtable sales team to learn about pricing

  • check whether Folio project is willing to purchase the needed license

  • let Jana and Cornelia know whether they can start or won't do

• after official start and implementation of Airtable we need the JIRA filters to import 

• RA SIG has time until end of 2023 to test prio process | feedback in between, e.g. at WOLFcon
