Overview:
Exercise around what we can accomplish in the coming year

1. Supporting community and institutional directed development

a.      bring people together around common development needs

b.     PC role in connecting institutions with common development goals

c.      Is there a way to revive community directed development on some level

2. Tracking enhancements and improvements

a.      Need earlier discussions with those doing new development

b.     Create an overarching set of PC priorities that focuses on consistency, Cross App SIG

c.      need a vision first, proactive in expressing what FOLIO should be, and try to have these conversations early on in the process.

d.     Better communication and reminders

e.      Liaison to shepherd a module through the PC process—guidance vs. evaluation
