  • listing out needs/implications in descriptions is useful (@David Dahl will do this for Infrastructure and Buying Club)

    • both member library and consortial perspectives should be represented in descriptions

Consortial administration category needs more discussion; there is some overlap with other categories (i.e. buying club)
