• eliminated several categories that were duplicates or represented functional areas rather than consortial services; we should focus on consortial services in order to create a more "big picture" view of consortia needs

  • it may be useful at some point to distinguish ideal consortial needs versus functionality/features that need to exist within FOLIO; for example, some consortial needs might require advocating for and establishing standards rather than building features in FOLIO

• descriptions need to be fleshed out (think user stories) to ensure a shared understanding in the SIG about what each category represents
