Determine how best to interact and provide a consortial perspective on issues other SIGs are working on.

How do as the Consortium SIG best vet the issues coming out of the other SIGs from a consortial standpoint?

Develop a list of use cases (solicit from discuss) - short 2-4 sentence use cases
Have SIGs flag questions for us
Those who happen to attend other SIG meetings can bring key questions to us (currently our group is too small to assign one person per SIG)
Relay on the Product Council to flag issues for us to discuss
Consortium SIG call leader to comb key disussions in other SIGs to gather key points for call discussion.
Prioritize by SIGs that are furthest along
At times send scenarios for consideration to some groups, e.g. Security and Privacy of shared data

In addition to looking specifically at features, also providing a focus to future needs and gaps in current systems where FOLIO solves current problems, These should be part of the use cases list that we develop.

Action items

@Michael Winkler post a solicitation to the discuss list requesting consortial use cases that can serve as a checklist as we provide a consortial eye toward features, functions, and design. People can post these to a google sheet that he will create as well.
