Anticipated workflow

Preparation

  1. Staff user goes into receiving app

  2. User selects receiving title to bind

  3. User is presented with multi-select list of unbound pieces

  4. User selects pieces to bind.

  5. User is directed to Create item screen

    1. Receiving pieces automatically get the "bound" flag set to true

  6. Item is placed in "At bindery" status

    1. OR user sets item in "At bindery" status manually

Receiving

  1. Staff user manually changes item status to "In process" (or other appropriate status.)

  • Existing POL

Receiving

  • One or more receiving pieces

    • Bindery flag

    • Potentially chronology, enumeration. display summary

  • Potential Z39.50 integration with bindery software
