Purpose of presentation: Provide update on things we've done, and key in on items that want input on

• Preparing people for the focus on prioritization instead of timeline
• Could we have the POs when they add a ticket, sent to us for review and assign to theme? Maybe along the lines of the Support SIG, how they review new bugs and make sure they are assigned a level
  • Not every ticket needs to be assigned a theme
• Confusion and dissatisfaction on prioritization process - so good to at least know that we are doing something.
  • Data Import is experimenting with Airtable to define the work setting and needs
• Folks presenting at PC should be prepared for questions about "why bother" since we can't make people do anything. E.g., how do meetings happening outside of standard governance structure impact the roadmap?
  • Answer: correct, we don't have a current project-wide prioritization process, so we are working on getting one in place
  • People are welcome to surface issues with smaller groups and that is fine, and we will want to have issues surface when ready to the larger community
  • Need to get work being done by external groups surfaced and shared
  • Priorities that are not supported can be surfaced as well, and then groups can figure out what needs work
  • Need to more clearly understand where we have resources, and where our desires/priorities exceed our resources

    • Do we need to figure out a way to get some gross priorities for the project?
    • Maybe we spec out how to do some general surveys (e.g., Epic ranking work that happened early in the project)
