• internal instance: e.g. metadata might have been acquired externally but fields have been changed internally

• reference cataloging: remember where metadata came from; sim. to derived cataloging

• this is a living document, no deadline but the earlier the feedback the better in the beginning of development

  • talk about how orgs move from their existing worlds to FOLIO

  • how can we embrace metadata coming from multiple locations; imp. of sharing

  • how to ensure diff orgs can have their diff needs met in FOLIO, how does FOLIO handle
