- Uniform search implemented
- Searched within ‘alternative title’ with key=”fjedf6f4-9a5d-4b57-87d4-d149042493f4” (backend only. When implemented in UI, key will not be required for searching. Uniform title will be specified by text search)

- Contributors: default result displayed by ranking
- Inventory search interface recommendation: contributors (all), -primary, -secondary (similar to identifier searching: identifiers (all), -ISBN, etc.)

- Boolean operator was causing issues. Surround by quotes, i.e., ti:”Bud, not buddy”
- Exact match expectation: ignore all punctuation
- Cornell: Slavic/Hebrew language diacritics causes search issues in Inventory (not Inventory ES)
- Example: Bud not buddy; Bud, not buddy
- Homework: Provide examples for current searching pain points
