Behavior of duplicating job profiles in Quesnelia	Christie Thomas	Action and match profiles are being deleted when a job profile is duplicated. If you see this behavior in Quesnelia, please let the group or Ryan know.
Updates		Data Import removes duplicates in the 856 MODDICORE-408 - Getting issue details... STATUS Notes: Fields in incoming record will not de-dupe. Work is in progress now. Ryan will keep the sub-group posted. Q: Can this behavior be applied to other fields beyond the 856? This ticket is just for the 856. Should this be applied to other fields? Ryan will confirm with the programming team that this is the same behavior across all fields. If it is, the ticket should be renamed to make it clear that it is not just relevant to the 856. Data Import sorts protected fields out of order MODDICORE-358 - Getting issue details... STATUS Notes: Working on this now and will be first or last tag based on what is easiest. Will be able to test in snapshot shortly. Q: Is there a small UAT for this? How can we document the decisions and expected functionality? Ryan can get out a link to an environment to use for testing. Ryan has been thinking about how best to get information about data import documented since it is a known issue that there is a documentation gap in the data import space. Need to get documentation onto docs.folio.org. Do we have a representative on that group? We need to get a process in place for this. Wiki pages. Maybe we can commit an upcoming meeting to documentation. Documentation working group: FOLIO Documentation Working Group. Autumn Faulkner reached out to the working group to get the conversation started. Enforce order of deletion for job profiles MODDICONV-388 - Getting issue details... STATUS Ability to change the link rather than just delete it for linking profiles. No JIRA Notes: There is a Jira or a potential feature. Ryan will add a link.
Documentation	Jennifer Eustis	Is there documentation on how to update multiple items when there is no copy number? Found Import of MARC Bibs to create/update multiple Holdings and Items. This relies on a copy number. Notes: Jennifer Eustiss testing matching on holdings HRIDs and then multiple item HRIDs. Used a single 900 where the item HRIDs were different. Works for the first item and fails for the subsequent items. (Tested in Poppy.) This is a use case / scenario that should work. We need documentation for how this does work / should work. Christie will share a local profile for matching on the item barcode to update items on the same holdings. Others have also done this successfully when matching on barcodes. Soon we will be able to share profiles by exporting and importing them.
