What did we do well?

  • team is working on various areas (search, notes, custom fields)
  • we extended team with new team members. Guys welcome aboard!
  • Valery_Pilko is nominated to be a watch guard of Spitfire team
  • Team has a clear view of the feature
  • feedback from real users are very helpful
  • collaboration between teams (with Firebird in scope of search functionality, export work) is a good approach to be aware of changes that might affect our work 
  • stability is a synonym of Spitfire team no matter of work load


What should we have done better?

  • context switching in scope of one sprint can affect team velocity → try to find a balance between tasks
  • Backlog health could be better by adding stories → define features before new release period
