Retrospective
What did we do well?
team is working on various areas (search, notes, custom fields)
we extended team with new team members. Guys welcome aboard!
@Valery_Pilko is nominated to be a watch guard of Spitfire team
Team has a clear view of the feature
feedback from real users are very helpful
collaboration between teams (with Firebird in scope of search functionality, export work) is a good approach to be aware of changes that might affect our work
stability is a synonym of Spitfire team no matter of work load
What should we have done better?
context switching in scope of one sprint can affect team velocity → try to find a balance between tasks
Backlog health could be better by adding stories → define features before new release period
